Goodbye Summer, never really got to know you this year

I know it has been forever since we posted.
When we last posted in July we were mourning the Spring that never was and a Summer that never seemed to arrived. We had lots of rain and cooler than normal weather.
In May we moved to a small apartment after selling our condo
In June we visited Todd in California to see him get his PhD after years of hard work
In July we went to Montreal to see Jazz Fest (we posted that)
In July and early August we looked for a house. The perfect house is waiting for us still.
Then mommy and daddy went away for a week to Israel to see Lee and Shani get married and we spent time with Shabtay. We missed the kids very much, but the kids had a great time with their Grammy, Papa and Uncle Todd.
The kids can talk so much now.
Orli was taking her time in getting her words out but she's singing and talking up a storm. Zev is a terrific interpreter. "Orli says: here you go"
Zev is able to say anything you say, if you say it once, he remembers it.
Now they can recall things that have happened in the past. Such as when Orli fell and hit her chin, both can tell us "Orli fell off the swing, got a boo boo on her chin", Zev remembers when his lollipop fell and broke in Montreal.
When we went to Israel we moved the cats to Grammy and Papa's house. The nanny wasn't told they were gone so she she asked the kids in spanish "Donde estan los gatos?" Zev responded, "Grammy's house."
Zev can count very clearly, Orli is trying but it is "one, three, five". They sing songs together and play so much more together. They pretend to need help and the other one goes and rescues them. Hope you enjoyed the pics.
