Thank you Grammy and Papa

Today we finally got our long lost package of farm animals.

The kids were totally excited, there was a "cow" "horsie", "duck" "titchen" "baaa" "peeeg, onk onk" and this other animal they were not sure what to make of. The goat. Our goat impression sounds more like the horse neigh, oh well. Anyway, they liked their new pets, Orli proceeded to feed the animals goldfish crackers, "nam, nam, nam", sure we get it, they must have been hungry after their long trip in a box. The barnyard animals even got some kisses and Moxie was offered to kiss the cow as well. Moxie can only stand the hugs and kisses from the kids "Awww", she holds up well although there were a few warning swats today. The twins have learned those claws mean business.
Zev is getting over yet another ear infection. Earlier this week, Saturday to Tuesday, he had a fever, two days of antibiotics before the fever broke. He's been pretty fussy this week, it doesn't help we are creeping further and further into the "mine" years, everything lately is "mine", I swear they only want something when another child is interested in it. Also, we are out of the biting phase, I'm sure there will be a few more bouts of that, but now they are totally protesting eating of any kind. Food they enjoyed is hurled in a fit of frustration onto the floor and other days it is gobbled up. We give up, play with your animals.
